What does PactoCode do?
We design, build and grow digital products for businesses: websites and online stores, custom software such as ERP and CRM systems, mobile apps, business digitalization, automation, and SEO and social media marketing.
Where are you based, and do you work with clients abroad?
We are based in Colombo, Sri Lanka. We work with clients across the island and overseas, with calls, WhatsApp and weekly demos keeping everyone in the loop.
How do we get started?
Send us a message on WhatsApp or email, or fill in the contact form. Tell us about your business and what you need, and we will come back with a plan, a timeline and a price, usually within one business day.
What does your process look like?
Five steps: Discover, Design, Develop, Launch and Grow. You see the work in weekly demos and have one point of contact from kickoff to launch and beyond.
Pricing and timelines
How much does a project cost?
It depends on the scope. A focused business website costs far less than a custom system with logins, dashboards and integrations. After a short discovery call we send a clear, fixed quote, so there are no surprises.
How long does a project take?
Most websites take a few weeks from kickoff to launch. Larger software and app projects are planned in milestones, and you get a timeline with dates before we start.
How do payments work?
Projects are usually split into milestone payments: a deposit to start, then payments as agreed stages are delivered. The exact schedule is written into your quote.
Websites and marketing
Will my website work well on phones?
Yes. Every site we build is mobile first, fast to load and tested on real phones, tablets and desktops before launch.
Is SEO included?
Every website launches with the technical SEO basics in place: clean structure, page titles and descriptions, fast loading and analytics. Ongoing SEO and content work is available as a monthly service.
Can you redesign or improve my existing website?
Yes. We can redesign it, rebuild it on a faster setup, or improve specific parts such as speed, SEO or the enquiry flow.
Do you handle social media and ads?
Yes. We plan content, manage pages and run paid campaigns, with reporting so you can see what is working.
After launch
Who owns the website and the code?
You do. Once the project is complete and paid, the website, its content and your domain belong to your business.
Do you offer support after launch?
Yes. We offer care plans for updates, backups, fixes and small changes, so your site or system keeps running smoothly.
Can you help with domains, hosting and business email?
Yes. We can set up or move your domain, hosting and business email, or work with the accounts you already have.
